  • *Beaming.* Thanks, everybody. Not a bad picture of the Strip, right? That beam of light is coming out of the Luxor hotel and casino, which is a huge pyramid of black glass. Surely that's where I'll be living.

  • Yeah, that picture is stunning...but how come I now have that new INXS single "Pretty Vegas" stuck in my head now?? The song's really just...not that good. And also, all I know of it is the one riff and the three words "it ain't pretty" from the chorus, so that's what's cycling over and over. Which doesn't help. This is what this picture's done to me. I blame you, Wil. I blame you.

    Oh, wait. Damn it. Now it's "The Gambler". Sigh. It's gonna be a long afternoon...

    And oh yes: CONGRATULATIONS!! Seriously though, was there ever even a question?? They'd have been daft not to hire you. Cheers to making it happen ;0
